Returns & Exchanges

Mission Workshop products are built to last a lifetime, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original box or a similar protective mailer, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
